At PiPi Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium blends; if you are unhappy with your order, we offer returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless there is a verifiable quality concern.

Prepare the Package
Ensure the tea tins or pouches are in their original, sealed condition and pack them securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
