Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return tea products if I don't like the taste?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food items. However, if there is a quality issue or shipping damage, please contact us for a full replacement or refund.

Yes, we use pyramid tea bags made from plant-based cornstarch (PLA), which are fully compostable and free from plastic microparticles.
